To Make Nkeanyi Ukwa Flour

Step-by-step:

  1. Mill into flour
    Grind with a blender, food processor, or take to a mill.
  2. Sieve
    Remove coarse particles for a finer, baking-friendly flour.
  3. Store
    Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
How to cook

Soak in water for at least two hours before cooking, cook till its soft and tender.
